Our Team

President/CEO- Mike Mishler – CGB, GMB, CGR, CAPS

Growing up in the nation's heartland, Mike was influenced early on by the nearby Amish and Mennonite communities in Indiana. These historically fine artisans and craftsman have had a powerful impact on the quality and detail in the work his company produces today.

After attending Indiana University & Purdue University, Mike pursued a medical career before realizing that he really enjoyed working with his hands and saw more career opportunity in the construction industry. After working for several construction and development companies in Indiana, he moved to Texas in l983 to manage a large condominium project in Rockwall. By the mid-1980s, Mike started his own company building a mix of single-family residential, multi-family and commercial projects. Today the company's main focus is building new custom homes with award-winning results.

Mike is a widely respected industry leader having served as President of the Homebuilders Association of Greater Dallas as well as holding many leadership positions in the Dallas HBA, Texas Association of Builders and National Association of Home Builders. He is also on the Board of Directors of HomeAid/HomeBuilders Care, the official charity of the association which builds transitional housing for the homeless.

Financial Manager - Rhonda Mishler

Handling all of the accounting and financial services for Mishler Builders, Rhonda oversees all budgeting, vendor invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivables to maintain tight budget control on every construction project. As Secretary of the Corporation, she is also responsible for all book keeping, payroll and corporate finances.

In addition to working as Credit Manager for Statewide Trucking, she serves on several non-profit boards providing financial expertise and has donated her time in the past to handle the books at her church and HOA.

Construction Manager - Jose Rocha

After graduating from college and trying the corporate world, Jose joined Mishler Builders over 8 years ago to do what he loves- building homes from the ground up. Utilizing his extensive organizational skills and project management expertise, Jose takes pride in overseeing the entire construction process and delivering a home that meets the high standards set by Mike Mishler. Working closely with each client, Jose strives for the complete satisfaction of his customer. He was recently awarded "Superintendent of the Year" at the Home builders Association of Greater Dallas' ARC Awards, a program recognizing excellence in new home construction.

Support Services

We utilize the expertise of a group of architectural and interior design professionals, engineers and specialty artisans that we have worked with for many years, to provide the very specialized services needed by our customers.

Builders is part of CB/USA, a group purchasing co-op that allows him to get volume discounts on materials, systems and services for his luxury home customers.
